I know this is from October 2002 but I found it in a google search while trying to find info about a CD-RW drive I just bought. Here is the link to the article. I am pretty sure that drives #1,2,5,6, and 9 are all the same drive.

All Liteon's? MaxPC reviewed a bunch of RW drives awhile ago, but they were good enough to note this.🙂 Kind of explains why they all performed almost identically.
