Suse 9.2 Local FTP Install...

I downloaded the big x86_64 dvd iso and mounted that on my iBook. I then setup ftp and try and use that to install using the minidisc. It seems to load the image fine and get into yast2, but after that it can't read package information at all. 🙁

Any suggestions?

My internet is really limited where I want to install it, so I downloaded the iso where I could get it without any problems to use later at home.
 
Seems to be an odd issue with either Mac's ftp server or suse's installer... made a symlink to the folder in the default directory when logging into the ftp and it works perfectly.
