Suse 9.1 Professional: How do I get the GUI? I am only getting Text Navigational Mode

I am wanting Yact Graphical Mode, not Text Mode. How do I switch? I did not see an option.

I am using the Novell DVD that they sent out.

Is it all installed? If so, you can try startx to see if it is setup properly.

If I go through the Text Mode it installs Suse. But I want the graphical setup with more options etc. As seen here Yast

Ah, so you want the graphicall INSTALLER...

Don't know. I just got my Suse DVDs today... I am going to be checking it out. Usually it asks you what mode you want, but maybe it's different now.

That is correct. Mine boots to Yast, but it is a DOS looking program, blue background, yellow/red text etc.

Og course not.

Yes, it does. I did not even get an option to rename my computer going Text Mode. Lots of options are not available. Package selection is really important IMO.
