SUS on WIN XP PRO

ok i installed sus on a computer at the local pc shop.. we use it as a file server, but i want to add SUS.. i got it installed along with IIS.

we wont need more than 10 concurrent users.

even logged in as admin on the win xp pro computer, i get permission denied. all the workstations get the same thing.. i checked NTFS and IUSR_ permissions and for the testing purposes they all have full control..

any recommendations?
