That challenge had to be one of the nastier ones I have seen. D:

I am glad none of them were jewish.

Also happy to see Ozzy get in his place a bit as he was to sure of himself for to long and was being lazy because of it and looks like he is going to cry over it now based on the preview.

that challenge was pretty damn nasty, crazy how close it was too.

and man what i would give to go to an island like that. some of the scenery is just amazing. when they were searching for the hidden island with those trees in the water, that place looked simply breath taking.

I just wish they went back to having two challenges, one for rewards and one for immunity, like it used to be.

They combined them awhile ago so they can have more camp drama but I prefer the events or at least most of the times. :p

Ditto on splitting the challenges back up into reward and immunity challenges. One challenge gives too much power to one team since they win immunity and reward while the team gets double shafted,

I don't understand their reasoning on why they want to go to redemption island when they know the person there hates her team and will side with them if they merged.

Unless the other team sends a person and wins I can understand but they never said that but were worried because they think the one that keeps winning will rejoin her team.

They (Savii) don't know that. And remember Matt from last season rejoined his tribe even though he hated his tribemates.

The whole episode I was trying to figure out who a couple people on each tribe are. Clearly there are some coat tail riders that don't get much camera time. After asking my wife twice who Keith was and once who the hell Rick was she asked me if I had paid attention to the last 10 episodes or not.

I think John lucked out with Ozzy leaving him the idol. But I dont' think he has the stones to actually make a power play.

I just got caught up with this season.

Going back to the challenge the week before, if I was the losing tribe I would of asked to weight the baskets by themselves. With 2 ounces difference The side that won could of had a heavier basket.

ozzy is one stupid cocky mofo.

Or one brilliant badass.

If he gets beat in a challenge he rises onto the list of dumbest players ever. If he wins, they merge and keep the necessary numbers it's one of the greatest moves in Survivor history.

Personally I think it's a miscalculation, anyone can see that Christine has ZERO loyalty to Upolu. Savaii could have flipped her easily without such a risky play.

he also is one of the dumbest players if he beats her and the merge isn't next week. and ozzy isn't the dominant threat he was in his early survivor days.

They know she hates them because of the comments she has made during the challenges.

And matt didn't really hate his tribe like that as he knew someone had to be voted out first but he liked them the first time it happened still.

I think John lucked out with Ozzy leaving him the idol. But I dont' think he has the stones to actually make a power play.

Well he knows if he doesn't give it back he will get no votes from the jury if he makes it that far.

Grrr, looks like I will have to wait until this episode is online as the first 40 minutes of the show had no voice sound.

so the very ballsy move paid off for ozzy, but in the end he fooled nobody. it was very interesting to see them fail at selling such a ballsy move lol.

i'm glad that cochran turned on his tribe. they have been downright assholes to him most of the time, and you saw it up until the very end when they questioned him like 5 times if he was surely in with them. right now i say good for him, and it looks like the whole old tribe of his is going to be a buncha whiny little bitches now about it.

Cochran got played by Coach. Now he comes off as the villan and his former tribemates are gunning for him - just what the Upolu tribe wanted, a former alliance eating itself. The only move for Savii is to convince some of the Upolu tribe that Coach is too strong alliance-wise and they're no going to be sitting there at the end with Coach and flip on him.

Kinda sad to see Dawn so wishy washy as she had the right idea because she knew she was on the outs with her tribe and then to all a sudden go for them again.

Glad to see cochran make the move as they always treated him like crap and would had been the first one to had got voted out once the other tribe was gone so I can see him getting farther because of him helping the other tribe compared to not helping them but he will get no votes from his old team now because of this.

Plus he was right, do you really want to draw stones for one in ten odds?

Although didn't they have it where the two people that were voted out both times go to a competition of the first person that makes a fire and burns a rope wins and stays and when did that change?

The only disappointing thing was that Ozzy got one of the immunity necklaces otherwise it would had been him going easily and a waste of the idol once again like he did before as he would had given it away. :p

Also what was the reasoning to giving the immunity idol to the girl compared to giving it to one of their strongest, the one that got voted out?

Pretty sure they though votes were going to her. Not sure why they would though, maybe they just made a pure guess.

One of the things that frustrates me, season after season, is how somebody will know they are #5 or #6 in their alliance, yet make no hard attempt to change the tide.

So, I love what Cochran did. Even if he is still at the bottom of the Upolu totem pole, at least it's an attempt to do something. And it could very well have a domino effect... Perhaps others who know they aren't top 3 in their alliance will play harder.

i kind of do feel bad for brandon, but at the same time, that was one of the stupidest moves in the history of survivor. however if he beats ozzy at redemption island, and makes it to the final 3, i can see him getting A LOT of jury votes based on that move alone. so we will see if it pays off.

i also think Albert is one to take to the end because that guy is going to get no votes, especially if Brandon ends up on the jury.
