Survived a mid-week trip to the local sports bar.....

........with only minor casualties. My wife didn't end-up making it into work this morning.

Final tally (after checking the receipt I stuffed in my wallet):

Wife: 4 Long Island Ice Teas (ouch).

Me: 1 Long Island Ice Tea, 8 Vodka/Cokes.

Drinking Time: Approximately 3 hours.

Food:

Wife: Club Sandwich

Me: Philly Cheese steak (pretty weak copy of the original )

Had a good time watching some baseball (friggin' Mets GRRRRR!).


Went across the street and caught the late showing of Highlander: End Game. Which, by the way, I thought was an EXCELLENT movie.

9 drinks in 3 hours is what I would consider light wieght. Friday I must of had 9 shots in 1hr. (I suck at card games).

Then we all went to Denny's to get food into us so we'd have somthing to puke up later, went home finished the pack of beer and passed out.

I never claimed to be drunk. I was probably over the legal driving limit, but that's why we walked across the street to watch the movie. I was no where near falling down drunk....my wife, on the other hand...

Glad you at least went to a movie before getting behind the wheel after all those drinks. Afew hours help but still not enough.

I like to drink and I like to drive, just not at the same time anymore.

Me, I only have 1 drink a day but somehow it lasts about 12 hours.
