Oh you becha. AT&amp;T RoadKill is living hell. It's somewhat okay in the morning, when I'm not up. But after 12 noon it stedily gets worse, untill ~4 pm when it hits rock bottem. I've seen AOL on a 28.8k winmodem do better :|. It lasts this way untill late in the morning, when I'm not up. Ever since AT&amp;Crap took over it's been like this.
