SURVEY: What's the value of your house?

My second floor flat is worth about 55-60K at the moment (newly built). I guess its price will double in a few years (it's in a big city, close to the university). Most of the area is still under development.
Even the run-down 20-25 year old ninth or tenth floor flats are worth 50-60K around here.

the house across the street was just bought for over $400k. We bought ours exactly 2 years ago @ $330k and it's about 5x better than that one for sure. These prices are getting to be ridiculous (not that I'm complaining from where I stand)... I just don't know how any young couple can afford a 3-bedroom starter house anymore... this is just typical suburbia, same as anywhere else.
