Survey: 1 x 21" or 2 x 17" Trinitron Monitor(s)

Assuming desktop space is not an issue.
The dual monitor would be accompanied by a Matrox G400 Max or G450.
Which would you prefer?

One 21" (Samsung 1200NF) just because it's bigger. I don't see a need for two monitors for myself yet.

For design work (Graphics, etc) dual monitors may help if you have some really busy screens or need one fairly uncluttered screen (experience at work, but both were 21&quot.

I'd go for the 21" myself over 2 17" at home.

it's more space to work with.

but it depends on what you do with it.

for me 2x17" would rock =) though i'd really go for 2x19" =)
