LMAO you can't even understand basics, if you are trying to kill me I will kill you. If you punch me or try and fight me, I will try and avoid it but if I can't I will fight you till I can. Or I guess I should say if you are trying to kill by shooting me and I can't just walk away or drive away I will kill you.

oh my god someone punched me I must kill them.. give me a fucking break it's the people who think this is a reasonable response who should be thrown in jail or killed before they end up killing someone.

Here's a wake-up call.... You are not in high school anymore.

The "real world" is not a frat house, school, parent's backyard where someone is going to come and break up the fight. As a matter of fact, if the threat isn't stopped it's common for others to join in on the fun beating of an innocent person.

If you punch someone you had better expect them to defend themselves with lethal force. The idea that it's ok to punch someone and that just be the end of it is absolutely stupid and unrealistic.

First of all, a single punch to the face IS a threat to ones' life. Go look at a couple of the 'knockout' videos these thugs are posting nowadays. If you are awake after the first punch you had better take every opportunity to kill the attacker who is trying to take your life.


Bravo to the gas station worker. I bet that thug and his thug buddies will think twice before assaulting an innocent person again.

The guy who threw the punch is at most fault here. But why did he open the door and did the dude hit him because he had the gun out? But the dude who threw the punch is at fault here.

If you're going to strip this man of his right to self defense, isn't the onus on you to prove he committed a crime (brandishing)?

Oh wait, I forgot who I was talking to. You live in the world where we convict on supposition and only the guilty use the 5th.
