Surround sound from Logitech 5.1 speakers with TV?

Hi guys, i bought a set of Logitech X-530 5.1 refurbished PC speakers and just realized that in order to get the PC speakers to work with my Westinghouse LED TV we need to get an adapter that converts the 3 mini-stereo plugs in to RCA cables but this would not give us surround sound and only provide a 6 speaker system. So what're some options to get Surround sound out of these Logitech speakers to work with the TV? I do have a Sony Bluray player to work with.
