this is a follow up to my other thread
i got out of same day surgery just a bit ago. they put an artificial bone where the tumor was, it was cadavar(sp?) bone mixed with synthetic...creepy. im still really groggy from all the vicadin
. i will be on crutches for a few weeks, then i will be in the boot. no running for 3 months.
goodbye cross country season. oh well, i need to be thankful that it wasnt much worse than it was. it could have been cancer, so i guess this whole situation was bitter sweet in many ways. thanks again for all the support and nice responses, it really cheered my up.
thanks ATOT, i owe 'ya one.
