this is a follow up to my other thread ;)

i got out of same day surgery just a bit ago. they put an artificial bone where the tumor was, it was cadavar(sp?) bone mixed with synthetic...creepy. im still really groggy from all the vicadin . i will be on crutches for a few weeks, then i will be in the boot. no running for 3 months. :( goodbye cross country season. oh well, i need to be thankful that it wasnt much worse than it was. it could have been cancer, so i guess this whole situation was bitter sweet in many ways. thanks again for all the support and nice responses, it really cheered my up.

thanks ATOT, i owe 'ya one.

I remember your cross country threads. Sucks you can't run for 3 months, but its not permanent... and best of all its not cancerous. Hope you have a fast recovery.:)

oh man, no running for 3 months? you're gonna be one cranky kid! :p I feel for ya, man. But compared to the alternative, that's great :) Hope you're back on your feet soon so you can kick some more ass.
