Lets say they lived here, and were making a "decent" amount of money working at the same jobs they are now. Even though they would be making a lot more than $200 a month, it still takes more money then they have to support 3 kids. Without a doubt, whichever society they live in, the kids will live a poor life and be neglected. Simple as that. You can't raise an infant, a 1 year old and a 4 year old like that despite what you say.

Sad that she died. It seems kinda unbelievable that they couldn't stop the bleeding though. Isn't that something thats pretty simple to do these days?
