so i want to get a new surge protector that also protects against the coax line since i use that line for my tv tuner. right now my only vulnerability is the ethernet. my ethernet is connected to a router which is connected to the cable modem.
is my computer vulernable to a spike from the coax cable of the cable modem to the router and then to my computer?
or does a spike only affect the first component in which case i'll just have dead cable modem.
