Surfing the web by proxy.

I have a friend that has an incurable disease.
She would like to surf the net - sites that discuss her disease - anonimously.
How could she do this?

is your friend afraid someone in her house will see where she went...or is she doing this from work and wants to get around being tracked....a little more info would help

Scan large sets of ip blocks to find http proxies and set one up. Of course these proxies probably keep a log of who used the proxy, at what time, and what site they went to. So you would probably want to string a bunch together, and make sure the first one encrypts everything so anyone at work wont see the information she is downloading.

Must be an STD or something stigmatizing.

She has 2 teen agers and she doesn't want them to know.
I know it's an incurable cancer. Her husband - also my friend -
will not discuss it.

I dont understand what you are asking for??? Do you want a program that connects you o another destination and from there you can get to the web???
