It's stand-alone. You can install it and it won't overwrite your existing Internet Explorer confg...

I kinda like it...works nicely with your hotmail and MSN messenger..

Both. It imports your settings from IE but you can use them both separatly.

I'm running it right now, and it doesn't look like MSN Explorer. In fact, Whistler uses IE 5.6

Like I said I heard a rumor. So what does it look like? Any chance of a few screenshots?

It looks DRAMATICALLY different from Win2k. Let's just put it this way, when I migrated from Win98 to Win2k, I needed 0 hours of adjustment time to get used to the UI.

After installing Whistler, it is a whole new ball game and I feel like a kid in elementary school again.

KDOG: I guess I was lucky...I was building a system for somone, the duron had a pink core on it(I guess its from the week they were made...the ones with the pink cores usualy overclock awesome), so I went to overclock it, and it does 1100 at 1.85v(set to 1.85 but It really gives 1.92) so I swapped it out with my 600, gave him my 600 clocked it at 700 and the rest is history
