Does anyone own SP or SP2? Are you using any insurance/warranty service? If so, who?
I'm thinking either Microsoft Complete or Squaretrade, has anyone have any experience with ST in terms of laptop repair? (Is it considered a laptop or tablet?)
I had to send ST my wife's laptop, they couldn't fix it (I think something was wrong with the motherboard) and they sent cash for the max value of the warranty. I was pleased.
I have a Microsoft Complete on the RT tablet I have. When the touch screen stopped working I just took it into the MS store. They attempted a factory reset (which I had already attempted but I get they have a process) when that failed they just swapped it out right there, and even restored my apps while I talked with them.
