Surface Pro Haswell

I recently got the surface pro for my birthday. I was wondering if it was worth returning it now and waiting for the haswell upgrade. I would primarily be using in College and wouldn't truly need it till the end of August. I've read some places saying that it might take a while for haswell chips to actually ship.

If there's no restocking fee then of course, return it. Even if the Haswell Surface Pro hasn't hit by August the price has to drop, right?

I'd personally wait it out. Performance-wise, it should be similar with potentially better GPU performance. Battery life should be improved a decent amount, however.
