Surface Pro 3 External DVD drive

What DVD drive is compatible with SP3 without an additional power connector or a USB connection? I know the LG SP60 wouldn't work, and needs more power (tried it already) so I'm wondering if there's an external DVD drive that wouldn't require any additional cables or connections.

With no power or USB, none that I know of. But with a specific USB hub, it is possible to play DVD and Blu-Ray on Surface Pro 3. This tells how:
