Surf Control V5 with ISA 2004 issues

I have been running Surf Control ver 4.5 on a server 2003 box for a while. The issue we are having is that our Citrix users are not being monitored correctly. I was told we needed to have Surf Control on an ISA box, set up for caching only, and the ISA server would resolve usernames from Citrix sessions. I have ISA 2004 and Surf Control v5 on a Server 2003 box, but I cant get the monitor to show any users or internet access. The ISA box is configured as a single NIC machine and that is specified in the ISA setup. I can't find any documentation to help. Does anyone have this setup running?

I found out thet the clients needed to be pointed throught the proxy server.
