probably everyone knows that already....

I was quite shocked to see suprnova shut down....

 
Not shocked at all. I Predicted there would be a major torrent network shutdown before the new year. I just grew too big too quickly, and something had to be done. Meanwhile, there are many other sites still up and kicking.
 
Wasn't there an article about a distributed tracker for bittorrent coming soon?
I am not convinced that lawyers can file lawsuits faster than geeks can innovate.
 
Wow, do they have a news article on it? Did they like have some overnight sting and arrest thousands of people?

Probably see some article that all internet piracy was shut down overnight. Millions arrested and shot.

IDK i went to the forums to find out but they are down and so is the suprnova IRC channel
