She hasn't won yet.

This just lets her go back to the Courts holding up her getting any money from the Estate.

The amazing thing about this is that Republicans scream about the value of marriage and all the benefits that come with it yet this woman who was rightfully married being kept from what is rightfully hers.

I knew you'd find a way to make some lame political jab. Nice going.

the only folks who believe in the value of marriage are the same ones who think they've been visisted by space aliens. Anyways, good for Anna Nicole. When she gets the money she can start working on her boobies again.

Explain please.

Unless you are implying that it is the "Republican" courts in Texas.

Good for her, I say. I am no fan of hers, but the evidence seems to indicate that her husband was of sound mind when he married her, and the son will inherit hundreds of millions even if she recovers some share of the estate. I would hope he'd finally just settle with her, but he seems to be fueled by anger to the point that he'll insist on fighting and fighting and fighting.

And he died trying to keep her from the money. Why not just give it up and go on and not waste your precious time?

Where are all those preservers of the 'sanctity of marriage'?

"There 'oughta be a law..." they say....

I AM happy for Nicole.

I despise her beyond all reason.

This is what happens when YOU rely on gov't to supposedly 'preserve' the sanctity of marriage.

I am very anxious to see who disagrees with this.

The amazing thing about this is that Democrats dont know how to scream about the value of marriage and all the benefits that come with it yet this woman who was rightfully married being kept from what is rightfully hers.

I see Monika lewinski got what was rightfully hers....

It's true, we Democrats like BJs, but preferably within the confines of marriage.

If I was in the old man's shoes, I would rather give my money to a stripper, than a sanctimonious basterd like his son turned out to be.

And what's with hating on Anna Nicole ? She seems like a decent enough person to me..why are some of you so judgemental ? Do you all live perfect lives or something ?

Think now that he's dead, her chances are better of being awarded the money?
