oh no! not that... I was an actor for four years in high school, I had to change at least 3 times per show in under a minute(for one show it was 7 times/30 sec. each) if you're a professional, you should be able to get dressed relatively fast, fire fighters do it in under a minute(as do armed forces personell with chemical equipment) anyone putting on terribly difficult clothing is probably also getting hazzard pay, and if they are an actor wearing a costume that's so terribly hard and it takes 4 hours to get into, they're probably making close to $100 per hour(minimum)
I've also had to get dressed at work due to school, and I've never had trouble getting pants, shirt, belt, shoes and various lanyards/pins on in under 2 minutes.
Employees are just being greedy
