For those of you that played Total Annihilation years ago, the sequel is finally available! GaspoweredGames has produced the next iteration of the game after nearly a decade of silence. There has been much clamor for the game to be remade after the first version but the rights to the sequel were tied up by some other company and then the creator moved on.
I've got a few hours invested in the demo and while not up to the hype, have enjoyed it immensely. The demo is pretty cool but large, 1.03 gb, and includes a skirmish mode and a short campaign mode.
I beat the AI on easy and medium but on Hard, I have yet to prevail.
Look for the demo in all the usual places, fileplanet is where I got it.
