I would feel the same way about my 7800GTX if it had trouble playing CoD2, which is my favorite game. But, it rocks nicely for it.

Hes talking about the shimmering in BF2. At least thats what I gather, from his previous posts regarding the shimmering problem in BF2. And he said IQ problems.

Well, that sounds like trouble to me. At any rate, it's over for him now and he can sit back, relax, and enjoy the new benches when they arrive. Then pick and choose the best graphics board for his purposes.

Is there supposed to be a definate date for the X1900XTXTXTXTX?
Or the "7900GTXTXTXTX"?

I can understand the 48 pipeline thing - the people who write these pages probably dont even know what that means. But I thought the xtx core would be clocked at 695mhz, why are they saying 650?

They're just milking the 48 pixel shader units...

Maybe they changed their minds about the clockspeed. Or maybe its to the discretion of the card manufacturer/packager?
