I called them over a year ago and dealt with their technical support and they had me run Seatools on the drive and it checked out OK. So, I didn't RMA the drive although I did lose all my data. Now, the drive isn't recognized. I didn't save the number. Anyone know how to reach them on the phone? Thanks.
