Support for a new dad...

A really good friend of mine has been drifting away from me in recent months. He just made his re-appearance at a group dinner saturday night (15 people) and announced that he's going to be a dad. He just graduated HS in the spring, is 20 and one of the most unstable (financially/emotionally) people I know.

Everyone want's to be there for him, but we don't have a clue what to say... Anyone know where we can find some literature on this? About a dozen people really really need it

Personal opinions appreciated!

i have at least 2-3 family members that went through similar situations, & with time, some grow up to be more responsible then they would've ever let on to be. Some take longer than others; some never really change, but just being around for birthdays, holidays & stopping by whenever you can just to help around the house/help with the kids/enjoy dinner etc. It's a learning experience, but hopefully, with support from you & others, things can be just fine.
