ok i have a Dell 4600 (i am aware that a legit prog by dell is called support.exe)

but i did a search on my computer, 5 files came up, 4 i know are by dell. the 5th is one i can't open

that 5th file is 11KB

and in the task manager it takes up 668K of memeroy usage and under user name it says Brian (my name)

i was wondering if i would be able to stop the process and delete that 1 file with out a problem

thank you in advance

It could be a virus. Google support.exe virus and take a look. It does seem Dell uses support.exe also though.
