Support Back over seas to the US

Anyone hear anything if companies are starting to bring support back to the US? Or if there still using Canada and others?. I know im sick of trying to understand these guys over the phone. Most of them know somewhat about what they are doing. Anyone else get laid off because of the support costs in other countries are cheaper. Also 1 more thing off topic. Does anyone have any rack mount servers they want to get rid of for cheap? Thanks,

try an WTB thread in the For sale forum for the rackmount. Bump it only every 4 hours and enable your profile. havnt heard of any companys coming back
