Have you read this?

I ve had a look at your link but there seems to be no mention of mem voltages. I might email supertalent and find out how much higher they can go beyond 2.0v Its a shame it is not mentioned on their website like OCZ do. Thanks for your help anyway.

Considering default DDR3 vdimm is 1.5v, i wouldn't be very keen on pumping more than 2.0v into it.
That's already a LOT more than default.

Yeah I been thinking now that anything over 2.0v might kill it even though its default vdimm is 2.0v thanks for your help.

the memory difference is the same, the money you spent initially on the memory is more so if you don't mind spending more money, more power to you

Yeah fair enough I think I saved money anyway like I said it was a lot more expensive a few months ago and selling my OCZ mem as well I dont think I will worry too much and there is a potential to get more of a overclock with the 1800 instead of the 1600, maybe I could go beyond 2000MHz that the 1600Mhz cant do I have to do some research and muck about for myself. Thanks for the kind help.

As long as you keep the memory cool ( fan over the DIMMs obviously ) you may pump the voltage up to 2.2V and still be safe.
Without a fan, I wouldn't go over 1.8V for 24/7.

P.S. Those voltages are for Micron D9GTR & D9GTS kits like the ones in the review
