hi to you all, im a noob here!

i have read all the articles on anandtech relating to SSD

Needless to say, I have learnt a LOT

In my country, south africa, we dont have newegg.com , only a bunch of idiots who import what they want, and then sell at ridiculous prices!

After reading the articles, Im not prepared to go with anything with a samsung controller, and the intel drives are waaaaay too expensive here. not an option

Im left with OCZ and Super Talent. I know all about OCZ as Ananad included them in the original articles, but nothing on these Super Talent drives.

I did google, but I find the review rather lacking compared to anandtech, so I turn to you all for some advice please.

What can you tell me about the above mentioned drive? Specifically, doesn it come with TRIM supported? How about random read/write access times?

Im referring specifically to the Ultra Drive GX 128GB

UltraDrive GX = Indilinx Barefoot controller (See the list I compiled -> http://www.servethehome.com/?p=168). More or less it is going to be the same as the OCZ Vertex and with the right firmware it will support TRIM.
