:frown:

By coincidence, I have purchased the Asrock 775i65G MB to go with my E6300, not by choice but because there are still only a few boards around and none available that I fancied. It also enables me to delay upgrading everything else till I have a bit more cash.

SuperPi runs in 1min 22s which is 8-10 seconds than Anandtech's review. Is this just from their faster DDR memory and the fact I have Norton running in the background or am I missing something.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Good question and can't tell you without rebooting, will reboot if you think it's worth it but it's Corsair Value i.e. competent but not particularly fast and runs at stock speeds. If that can account for the ten seconds then that's all I need to know.

Thankx
