I use SuperPi as a quick method of testing my RAM timings, since it's extremely sensitive to unstable timings, moreso than MemTest86, which has a tendency to go for hours without errors on unstable RAM.

So, should I run two instances and set the affinity manually as with Prime95, one instance set to one core, or what?

Also, is it worth getting that SSE3 patched version? Where can I find that.

Thanks.

You would have to run 2 instances and set affinity to test both cores of your CPU. I got no noticable differance with the SSE3 patched version, so I wouldn't worry about it.
