an old college buddy of mine had a complete 3rd nipple and 2 more under-developed nipples he liked to show the world when drunk.
 
i have a dimple under my left pectoral, ZOMG DO I HAVE 3 NIPPLES!?!?!?!. i should think not.....actually i dunno what it is, its just a little depression.

thats rather disturbing.
 
I have tiny red dots with no texture to them (three total, smooth when I run my finger across them and are not any higher or lower than the rest of my skin), (one above / below right), other above left (although slightly shifted off the center alignment). Probably just diminishing acme marks. I dont think they are pseudo nipples.

if they are lined up and symmetrical id say they are xtra nips

about .5" out of alignment
 
My fiance's family told him that his Uncle Nip (really Charles Henry) has an extra nipple and that's why they call him "Nip". I don't know if it's true or not...never seen him without his shirt on...which is good, he's in his late 70s.
 
On the picture in the article, it looks like that guy just has a lot of moles. They have arrows pointing to a few of the moles and claim that they're nipples. But you see there are moles all over the place.
