On friday afternoon i ordered a video card from mwave, look at the time when i put in the order...and then look at the time when i got the email (with the tracking nr.) and the package was already on the way.

Today I learned that MWAVE is short for MultiWave. I never guessed the M stood for something.

But yes, that is very impressive. The fastest I've seen was from newegg, took then 6 to 8 hours.

Newegg never rushes an order for me. I wait5-7 days at LEAST. oh sure, my credit card gets charged in .004 seconds, but eh.....
I am gonna look at their prices, are they comparable to others? Newegg is getting high on t heir parts. exmaple

Newegg.com:
6800GT PCI-E $489
AMD64 3200+ $225
OCZ Powestream 520 $140
Shipping $13.50
----------------------------------
TOTAL $867.50

Monarch/Mwave.com
6800GT PCI-E $425
AMD64 3200+ $205
OCZ Powerstream 520 $117.50
Shipping FREE
--------------------------------------
TOTAL $747.50

Thats $120 I can use for something else, like electric bill!!!

I am beginning to wonder if newegg is where I should be buying from

Having a tracking number doesn't mean the package has actually been picked up by FEDEX or UPS.

Why uh rush it? when taking your sweet time will actually increase accuracy? mistakes is bound to happen if you are impatient.

A wise word that needs to be etched in stone for all to see, "patients is virtue".

Amen.

Now you know why I use MWAVE almost exclusivly... All I use newegg for is thier database for finding parts..
Like go to motherboard then select skt 754 and see what pops up. They have cool pictures too. But as soon as I'm done I head over to MWAVE to compare.:)

Little secret about Mwave... get cheapest shipping it's express saver dispite them saying ground;)

OT, belongs in the "Brags & Moans" thread on the Hot Deals section.

"...patients is virtue." wchou ??? Wrong on several levels and in several contexts...

for a doctor, patients make the payments on his/her Mercedes. Maybe "... patients are virtues." or "... patience is virtuous." or "...patience is a virtue." ;) I know, English is inconsistent - we even have a President who ponders the meaing of "is"...
