Wow, how about a 6 L Chevy 2500 for under $25,000? Hmmn, cheap and proven, or expensive and flashy. Flash is for sports stars and rappers, and they'd still be more likely to buy a Chevy.
i guess it might compete with that caddy and the blackwood at that price... wonder when toyota is gonna slap a lexus badge on it then give it a little bit of the ugly treatment they've been giving everything recently (the only reason it looks half decent is because they took a picture of an F150 and ran it through a photocopier until they got something sufficiently different)
In a full size and especially 4x4 you always want a Auto... not only are the tranny's stronger but they have a much better tow rating and with that strength handle much more power.... the Allison 1000 is the much preferred motor to the 6 speed on the Duramax.
As an example the 4L60-E rates almost 1 full TON higher in towing then the manual behind the 4.8
Also with superchargers Auto's are better as during the shift in a manual all your spooling is lost
What a waste when you can get a F-350 with PSD with more power and better fuel economy for less
<< You're just not reading that? Damn you're slow >>
Hey I don't go to the site very often... the only really good news in awhile was Dodge and Ford finally releasing a quiet Diesel, and the death of the S-10 is finally upon us
But one of the other 4x4 guys posted a new HD with the 8.1 and a Whipple running 800lbs of Torque just from the blower alone
