Ordered one of these for my kid sister, she's slowly losing all of her cartridges. I'd prefer to dump my own backups, can the DS One do this over Wi-Fi? I also have an old Slot 2 Supercard CF available if there's a way to dump the game straight to flash.
 
I think you can do it if you have the old slot 2 card, but I forget how. It's a slightly involved process from what I recall.
