Superbowl & Retro 80's

Was it me it was there a lot of nods to the 80's during the Superbowl.

G.I. Joe & Transformers movies.

Springsteen for the halftime show.

That Jason Stratham ad.

Jerry Rice even.

Probably more I'm not thinking of.

On a side note, I think they need to do a G.I. Joe vs Transformers movie.

Its a generational thing. People look back fondly on the time the grew up in. 30 somethings have money and the marketing companies would like you to associate that money with something you favorably remember. The 80s = Bank. The 80s is the new 70s, or something.

Yeah, that guy with the crazyass hair. I actually laughed at that commercial. Well, that and the Careerbuilder one....Do you hate your job? Do your coworkers not respect you? Feel like crying all the time? 🙂
