This has been an ordeal to put this machine together. Please excuse the long evolution but I think its valuable info.

machine is-

antec 900 case
mis z97 pcmate board
32 gb crucial ballistix ram
pny 480 ssd
750 ti vid

started out by installing windows 7, no issues
after installing the drivers from cd the system would not boot and gave a 0f or e9 error
after a few os reinstalls I figured out it was the realtek lan and or usb 3.0 drivers that caused the problem
loading from website yielded no better results
tried installing windows 8 but it crashed at the loading devices screen
tried going back to windows 7 and now install crashes after second reboot stating it can't find ntoskrnl

Really not sure how to proceed here. Is it the board or ssd?

RAM is bad

or DVD media is dirty/DVD drive is bad

so when copying files the system files become corrupted.

Could be RAM.

You could do Memtest, but you could also run one stick at a time and see if the problems persist.

That stinks of a RAM issue of some kind. Or in some cases a bad UEFI configuration. Please rechck all your settings, by default most boards are NOT set up to be good out of box. Review each and every setting.

I'm with the OP in being suspicious about the SSD. (But agree you should rule out the ram first).

First time install went fine. Reboot after driver install, no work. 2nd attempt, getting drivers from web rather than CD, same issue.

I'm not familiar with the win 8 install process, so can't take much from that loading devices screen crash.

Now the Windows 7 install doesn't finish properly, again failing after a reboot stating it can't find a file. A file I'm guessing that it should be looking for on the SSD.
I'd say either the RAM didn't get it there in one piece or the SSD is becoming corrupted in the space of time it takes to reboot.

Hopefully someone will know a reason that can't be the case so you can focus your efforts on the RAM.

Install windows then install Lan driver then update windows. In the bios make sure memory Voltage is set to stock if it be 1.5V or what also default the memory to 1600, every time I have a boot fail at splash screen its a setting in the bios not right. Like Sata set to ICH instead of Raid, or the wrong boot device is set in place of the HDD like a usb.
You should be able to look up those codes in the owners manual of the motherboard, they look like memory errors. It doesn't mean you have bad memory, could be a wrong setting in the bios. I have never lost one stick of memory, I've owned a few.
