Its a Doom Switch. Tears a hole in the fabric of space-time, sucking the entire galaxy into its antimatter clutches. I guess it could be something else, like spread spectrum clocking switch, SATA mode switch, or something really boring like that.

Probably a manufacturer factory use only switch? Or for use when updating the firmware? Not knowing things like that really bothers me. I'd contact them just to find out. I remember you saying that you were really neurotic about that kind of thing too in another thread.
