Super Stressing my System

I have a system that I built many moons ago. It is an AMD 1000 using an ASUS A7V133-C as the motherboard. It has been extremely crash prone since I built it no matter what I did. I swapped out most every component and it would still crash. Based on recent crashing and an occasional BSOD referring to the Nvidia drivers I am pretty sure that for some reason the two GeForce 2 GTS cards that I used somehow conflicted with the mobo.

I replaced those cards with an ATI Radeon 9200 to test my thoughts and it has been running 3DMark2001 for the past hour. I plan on running 3dMark for the next 24 hours or so, and follow that up with some more prime 95.

Are there any other programs out there that will stress this system out more than running Prime 95 and 3dMark 2001? If it proves stable I will spend the 50 orso bucks to upgrade to a faster processor to hold me over for a while before I do a major upgrade.
