Is it me, or is anyone else getting "lost connection" a lot playing on the PSN?
I've had a couple but not too many. Then again I haven't played much online.

We need to start an AT game share thread or something. I bought this on PS3 with 3 other people so it was only $3.75. Well worth it to me then.
Fuck that. If you like the game, give the developer your money. Game "sharing" on the PS3 is only one small step better than piracy.
What? Jack Tretton talked about how it was a good idea during his E3 Keynote
Sony announced that players who download games from PlayStation's online shop can share them on up to five other PS3 machines.
If a player logs into his PlayStation 3 account on a friend's system, he can download any game he has already purchased. "You can send that content to four other friends for that initial investment," said Tretton. "We want to get the game in as many hands as possible." "It's not about generating profits at each and every interaction with the consumer," he said. "I think that really offsets the argument that says, 'Wow, that's a really pricey system.'"

What do you mean 'slowdown'? Do you mean when a person is knocked out? I'm pretty sure that's their attempt at a dramatic slowmo KO.

Maybe he's talking about the lag in online competition? It isn't very clear.

I'm pretty sure Kev is talking about how the game slows down when you do a combo or have a lot of stuff going on the screen at the same time. I don't think it's as bad as the SNES versions but it still seems to be there sometimes. I really don't mind since I'm so used to it.

Yeah thats what I meant. You'd think the cell processor would be able to handle SF2.

It's there because most competitive ST players are used to it, theres an option to turn it off but IMO should stay in.

can the person who shares the game with you "sharer" play with the "sharee" simulataneously online?

yes, you just have to keep his PSN account on your PS3 or you won't be able to play the game. you don't have to play it from his PSN account however, you can play it from your own.
as long as you don't delete his PSN account off your PS3, it will seem as if you purchased it when you are logged into your PSN account. it'll be in your list of games.

I bought this the other day on a whim. I rarely spend Live Points but I had some so why not? Anyway, I love it. It's so well done but I feel like I am going to destroy my controller. Is anyone buying a joystick just for this game? Which one?
If you're handy with electronics, you could buy a PS2 or PS3 stick and add in/swap the PCB with a 360 controller's pcb.
Or you can get the Fighting stick EX2 and mod out the buttons and stick.

Sorry, I don't know anything about the fighting stick community nor mods. I can handle electronics just fine though.
Why would I buy a PS2 or PS3 stick and hack it to make it work with the 360? Wouldn't it be better to get one made for the 360? And what sort of mods are recommended/necessary for the Fighting Stick EX2?

I'm thinking that either the 360 sticks aren't out yet (will be for SF4) or that the PS2 ones would be cheaper.
