Super short Y Cable?

I need a really short Y Power Cable that splits one power connection into two. Who sells these?

The standard length is just way too long for such a short distance I need it for.

I have a hard drive right below another, and need to take that one power connector and turn it into 2. So basically go from the distance of one drive, to another directly below that drive.

The link Galvanized posted above looks like it will work 🙂

You would already need the cable to do that, right? Doesn't look like it would work for me :/ The problem I have is that I don't have enough cables.

My first answer to this is get a bigger power supply. My second would be to just ziptie them shorter which is what i do to all my stuff. Makes for a cleaner look.

You don't think a 500w PSU is good enough? My video card is only a BFG 6600GT OC. Hard drives don't seem to be all that bad with power consumption.

I don't want to zip tie them, looks too messy.

WTF?

No you do not need a bigger PSU, maybe one with more connectors but a 400W PSU could handle your current spec with ease.

You have to have one plug free to hook the Y to, don't you? So you're taking one and making two. That connector would hook to your existing wires just far enough upstream from your one free connector to hook to the other drive. But if the piece of wire your one free connector is on isn't quite long enough for that, then go with the Y. But file that type of connector in your data banks as it may come in handy some day.
