Well hot damn, and here I thought most malware writers couldn't give a care about who uses or analyzes their code. Suppose some malware writer out there apparently has a severe case of ocd. Looks like something I'd do if I wanted to write malware, just to make the poor sobs analyzing the thing hate their lives.

So they don't have a hash of this thing? If there's a hash it can trip anti-virus software.

the malware writes a byte of random data to memory 960 million times.

Sounds like a DDoS in memory which means something like that can be detected and stoped with new sandbox software.
