anyone know of any that can take advantage of all html tags if it so chooses? it has to be free, too. im using notepad, but i cant learn the vast amount of tools and rules necessary for some sites. so, what web development tools to use?

When i was doing my webpage in windows, I had a proggie called "htmled pro" it was a while ago ... and at that time it was free.
