Super PM Opp. Nikon 995 for $374

I got the newest issue ofDigital Camera mag in the mail yesterday and on the 2nd to the last page, there's an ad for CCI Camera City and they have the nikon 995 advertised for $374. The website shows higher, but I think this may still be an awesome PM deal for someone! Good luck!

I think you would have easier time PMing if you actually bought the magazine, brought it to the store and showed it to the clerk (Sears or wherever). MHO.

I just called up the number for this company..... cci whatever.. they are typical NY camera guys... don't have any Nikon digital cameras in stock... and when I asked for other digital cameras that they carry.. they guy abruptly hung up on me !

I just called, too, just for kicks, and they said they don't have the 995, but they are selling the new 4500 for $589 instead. Which isn't a bad price, but I would certainly never buy from these guys.

So I guess the trick will be to find a place to PM to that doesn't call and check on stock with this company.

Anyway, would be pretty hot if you can find a place that still has these cameras in stock, they were about $1000 a year ago...but they stopped being produced a couple of months back. If a store that PMs (even 100% would be hot for this camera) still has one in stock (would be lucky...this is a nice camera), it would be one hot buy...esp since I'm looking for a new camera.

Anyway, this link is just incase the other one goes down...this should be up forever, too (I'll probably forget about it and it will never get deleted)
