It "should" work fine, as long as you're careful mounting it. ANd since p3s are significantly less W cpus, pretty much any heatsink should work well for them.

The idea of a heat sink looking cool seems sort of ironic since you can't see it unless you take your case off...
 
The Orbs do look really cool if you run without one of the panels in the case, but otherwise, who cares what they look like?
