Nope it's crap , get a FOP32, FOP38, Alpha pal 6035, or a tisol (humm I don't know how to spell it), anyways they are the best out there.

The correct spelling is "taisol" and he is hitting the nail on the head.

I got a FOP-32 myself, didn't want the noise related with the 38. Love the little ah heck, kept my Duron running nicely (600@900). Around 38C, stock retail when at 600 ran at about 32C.

While you have to admit the 26 CFM Y.S. Tech fan on the FOP-32 is also VERY loud (I know it from the FKP32).
I'm thinking about buying a FOP-32 myself, but I'm still looking for a shop which sells the HS without the fan, because I would rather want to use my 28 db(A) Papst fan than the Y.S. Tech monster.

you definitely need some sort of grease or pad on there. as for the quietest solution i've found would be the alpha pal6035 w/ a quiet ADDA fan from phamcomputer, another good quiet performance choice would be the taisol.
