Super Lanboy has high temps

I just bought and installed my rig in a Super Lanboy case and my case/cpu temps have risen to 39/49. In my Chieftec case, it was around 32/44. What gives? I thought the 120mm fans at full blast would keep the case/cpu cool. Is the LED fan too slow?

i got lower temps when i lowered the speed of the intake. Remember the case is much smaller than your previous one. Intake fans just add turbulence to the flow and this causes the hot air to circulate through your case rather than be drawn out. If you didnt have to cool your harddrives, the best setup would be just the rear 120 fan as it would work naturally to suck air from the front without any/much turbulance.

Hmm,
Cosidering how slow the intake fan is, I don't think thats the problem. I replaced it with a higher speed fan and the temps dropped about 4 degrees so I think the hdd cage is the culprit here.

Oh, yeah I forgot, I removed the Harddrive cage. Without the cage, a slower intake is better for my system.

The stock fans are quiet but really slow and have pretty low CFM. I use a fan controller with faster fans and have pretty good temps with my HDD cage still on. If I crank the fans then my temps do a nosedive so the case does a good job getting air out.

I bet that with the stock fans your case was WAAAY quieter than with the Chieftec. Some here are willing to sacrifice a little cooling for some peace and quiet.
