Super Cheap NAS or a Synology?

I am toying for the longest already to get a "real" NAS station for two HDs since we're running an older PC just for accessing files which I think is totally stupid and a waste of energy.

So..I am really liking that Synology DS215J which here costs about €153.

On the other hand, I don't need anything fancy, won't likely not even streaming and whatever. Just want a solid way to access two large HDs over our network.

So today I get this ad with a NAS Box http://store.blusens.com/es/producto/server-box

which one store had for sale today for €39. This is incredibly cheap. Ok it's sold out now, but I can get this for €59 if it's not on sale.

If I buy something like this...would I regret it? Should I rather get the Synology DS215J? I am not really wanting to buy some low quality crap either.

Based on the age of the stuff in the tech sheet, although they don't tell you much, I have to assume it's fairly old. I'm going to go with "you'll regret it." Chances are the CPU is very weak, and file transfer speeds will be correspondingly low.

Yeah I also didn't find any technical specs or review, not even what sort of USB ports this has.
